TERMS OF SERVICE

Welcome to Letter to Santa for Christmas – “Letters from North Pole by GPT”, published by Dualverse,
Inc.
(“Dualverse,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). Please read these Terms carefully before using the app (the “App”).

By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the App.

1. What the App Does

The App lets children write magical letters to Santa using a guided or freestyle format. Parents can review the letters
in the
Parents-Only section (protected by passcode, Face ID, or Touch ID), then reply using their own words or a safe AI assistant
powered by the
official ChatGPT engine. Parents can also create or edit child profiles and behavior lists (“Things going well” / “Things
to work on”)
that may be included in Santa’s messages.

All AI replies are fictional, friendly, and designed for family fun — but they can sometimes include unexpected or
inaccurate content
(“hallucinations”). Parents must always review and approve every AI message before kids see it.

2. Access & Security

The Parents-Only section is protected by a passcode or biometrics.

If the passcode is forgotten, entering any code five (5) times allows a reset.

Keep your device and app secure; we are not responsible for unauthorized access.

3. Subscriptions & In-App Purchases

(a) Auto-Renewable Subscriptions

The App offers Monthly and Yearly auto-renewable subscription plans.

No free trial is offered.
Family Sharing is supported where available.

Payment will be charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions automatically renew unless
canceled by the
user. Renewal may be charged by Apple up to 24 hours before the start of the next subscription period.

You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your Apple Account settings:
Settings > [your name] > Subscriptions > Letter to Santa for Christmas

To avoid renewal, you should cancel before the next renewal charge is processed. Deleting the App does not cancel your
subscription.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access to subscribed features until the end of the current paid subscription
period, unless
otherwise determined by Apple.

(b) Consumable Purchases

Santa’s Express Sleigh: delivers Santa’s reply immediately.
Consumable purchases are one-time-use and non-restorable.

(c) Refunds

All subscription purchases and in-app purchases are processed by Apple. Refund requests must be submitted to Apple at reportaproblem.apple.com. Dualverse cannot issue
refunds
directly for purchases processed by Apple.

4. Features by Tier

Free Users:

One (1) letter every ~24 hours
Letters stored for 24 hours only (unless subscribed)

Subscribers:

Unlimited letters
Priority Santa replies
30 Express Sleigh passes per month (non-rolling)
Full Santa Letter Archive
All past letters saved automatically
Ability to send Santa-first messages
Ad-free experience

5. Content Responsibility

Parents are responsible for all content sent to their child, including AI-generated text. The App is for entertainment
only and should
not be used for real-world advice or decisions.

6. Intellectual Property

The App, its content, and technology are owned by Dualverse or licensors.

Use is granted only for personal, family enjoyment.

7. Privacy

Use of the App is governed by our Privacy Policy. It explains how letters
and archives
are processed and how Google AdMob may handle advertising data.

8. Limitation of Liability

The App and all AI content are provided “as is.”

Dualverse is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages.

9. Changes & Termination

We may update the App or these Terms at any time. Continued use means acceptance.

We may suspend or terminate access for misuse or violation.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Seoul, Korea, unless local law requires otherwise.

Disputes will be handled in courts located in Seoul, Korea.

11. Physical Santa Letters — U.S.-Only Mail Service

Dualverse now offers an optional real mailed Santa Letter service. This service is fulfilled by a third-party
print-and-mail provider
and is available only to customers within the United States.

By ordering a physical Santa Letter, you agree to the following:

(a) Shipping Methods

Users may choose from the options shown in the App interface, including:

Express (2–3 Business Days) — Priority mail, fastest delivery, full tracking & insurance.
Certified (5–7 Business Days) — Certified mail, tracking included, delivery confirmation.
First Class (5–7 Business Days) — Standard delivery, no tracking, no delivery guarantee.

(b) U.S.-Only

Physical letters can only be mailed to U.S. addresses. International delivery is not supported.

(c) Non-Cancelable, Non-Refundable Once Mailed

Because each letter is custom printed and immediately handed to our fulfillment partner, orders:

cannot be canceled,
cannot be changed, and
cannot be refunded

once they have entered the printing/shipping stage.

Dualverse does not control postal delays, lost mail, or incorrect addresses provided by users.

(d) Parent Responsibility for Address Accuracy

Parents must enter and confirm the full mailing address.

Dualverse is not responsible for:

misdeliveries due to incorrect addresses,
forwarding restrictions,
postal errors or delays.

(e) Not an Apple In-App Purchase

The physical letter service is not an Apple in-app purchase.

It is processed through supported payment methods displayed in the App (e.g., PayPal or other providers).

Refunds are not handled through Apple.

(f) External Fulfillment

The printing and mailing of letters is handled by a third-party provider.

By ordering, you agree that Dualverse may share the minimum necessary information (e.g., letter content, recipient name
and address)
with the provider for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order.
